We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our sales and operations departments as our team continues to grow. Here are some of the crucial functions performed by the successful Graphic Designer at SkyView:

• Executes proprietary process system as it pertains to graphic designer responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Sales Operations Department lead and executes quarterly departmental goals formulated with leadership
• Works alongside deal managers for each commercial real estate assignment
  • Offering memorandum buildout
  • Property marketing graphics buildout/Property marketing coordination 
  • WordPress & Salesforce entries
• Creates, proofs and modifies templates for offering memorandums in Adobe InDesign
• Implements graphics for digital property marketing campaigns
• Assists with various graphic-related tasks via other departments as necessary
• Builds out new property marketing collateral and updates existing property marketing collateral
• Participates in company and teamwide meetings

Our ideal Graphic Designer possesses the following characteristics and skills:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign
• The drive to achieve and a desire for professional growth
• Experience in cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• The willingness to embrace SkyView’s proprietary & proven approach to investment sales
• A track-record of success in prior professional and academic experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
